The login page has two login buttons - one marked Login and one marked SSO Login which stands for Single Sign On.
To all intents and purposes, if you are logging in, the process is the same - enter a username and password and click on Login.
What you may notice is that at various times, the two login buttons will change from enabled to disabled and so on - this is expected but can be a little confusing.
When you first come to the login page, you will see something like shown in the screen below:
Notice that both login buttons are disabled - they are set to feint and if you try hovering over them they will not work.
Once you start to enter something into the login name box, the SSO login will become enabled - this is because when using SSO login, you do not enter your password into our system - hence that is a valid option. It will look something like the below:
At this stage if you want to login with SSO, you could click SSO login and that would then process your login as required.
However, if you are not using SSO then you should enter your password on this screen at which time the Login button will become enabled and the SSO login button will be disabled:
When you click on Login, your login will be processed as normal.
If you do click on SSO Login accidentally, you will get an error like the below:
Of course, if your account is set up to use SSO and you see this message then you should contact support and we will look into this for you.
Entering a PIN
Your company may have requested that PIN numbers are also used, if so, you will also be asked for 3 random digits from your PIN after entering your login name and password.
Can I set it to only allow SSO?
You can set this to only allow SSO by going to:
Administration > Company > Settings > Security Settings
Once there, set the "Only allow SSO/SAML login" to Yes.
