Timeoff Balance Forecast

Within HRWize, it is possible to forecast an employee's time off balance for a given date. An example where this feature may be useful is if you need to view what an employee's allowance would be on a specific date if they decide to leave the company.

To forecast an employee's allowance, you will need to go to:

 Administration > HR > Time off management > Allowance balance forecast

Once the employee and the date have been entered and submitted, the system will forecast what their remaining balance would be if they were to leave on this date. 

Please Note - This forecast can be affected by any changes which are made to the employee's allowances and can be subject to change until the employee is officially marked as a leaver.
