When a new employee is added, a profile photo is not always added at the same time. It may be up to the employee to upload their own photo image. When another employee views the HRWize company directory view, they will still see information about the employee, however, there would be no image.
In order to show which employees do not have a photo image, you can create a report by going to:
Reporting > Report Builder
Once in the Report Builder page, you can create a new table report using the Employees data source, and add, as a minimum, the following fields:
- Employee ID
- First name
- Surname
- Photo? (This is in the Employee - other information section)
Then, add 2 filters, shown in the image below:
- Photo
- Equals
- No
AND
- Active
- Equals
- Active
These filters mean that it will take any active employees who do not have a photo image uploaded.
Once done, click on the 'Save report', followed by 'View Report'. You will then be able to see a report similar to the one below:
