The below article is relating to the bulk upload - Requisition which can be found by going to Administration > Company > Bulk Upload.
The Requisitions Bulk Upload can be found within the Non Core Data section:
This bulk upload allows you to add multiple Requisitions to the Requisition page.
When you load the page the most important parts relating to bulk upload are at the top of the page:
Hiring Manager field - How the system will identify the Hiring Manager in your CSV - Will you be using their System ID, name or Works ID?
Internal recruiter field - How the system will identify the Internal recruiter in your CSV - Will you be using their System ID, name or Works ID?
Include archived hiring manager/recruiter in search? - Will your CSV include archived hiring managers/recruiters? The first option is if your file will contain both current and archived hiring managers/recruiters, the second if it will only include current and the last if it will only contain Archived i.e Past requisitions.
CSV file to upload
This is where you will load your CSV when it is ready to upload. Press browse and select the CSV file.
Download help file and instructions
This option will download our bulk upload help file. This includes instructions on how to use each bulk upload and lets you know which columns are mandatory and which are optional, it's important to look at the relevant help file before performing a bulk upload so you can get it right the first time.

The second option downloads an example template for you to use for the bulk upload with all the headers needed for the bulk upload to be successful.
Editing your CSV
When you download your sample CSV file it will look like this:
Job title - The job title of the Requisition role. This field is mandatory.
Department - The department the role will be in. This field is optional.
Job type/status - The job type/ status of the requisition role. This field is mandatory.
Site - The Site the Requisition role will be based at. This field is optional.
Company - Company the requisition is for. This field is optional.
Hours per week - Contracted weekly hours for the requisition role, This field is optional.
Internal reference - Internal Reference to organize your requisitions. This field is optional.
Town / City - The Town/City the role will be based. This field is mandatory and is required when using external job boards integrations.
Post code - The Post code of the location the role will be based. This field is optional but is required when using external job boards integrations.
Country - The country the role will be based. This field is optional but is required when using external job boards integrations.
Salary range - Salary of the requisition role. This can be entered as letters or numbers. This field is optional.
Closing date - Date the requisition will close. This field is optional.
Go live date - Date the requisition will 'go live' on the recruitment portal. This field is optional.
Start date - Date the successful candidate will be expected to begin the role. This field is optional.
Hiring manager - The Manager responsible for hiring for the role. This field is optional.
Internal recruiter - The internal HR/Admin or Recruiter User responsible for recruiting. This field is optional.
Requisition reason - Reason the requisition is being raised. Reasons include: New role, Replacement - No changes and Replacement - with changes. This field is optional.
Category - This field relates to Requisition categories and is optional.
Contact name - Name of the person candidates can contact about this requisition. This field is optional.
Telephone - Phone number of the person candidates can contact about this requisition. This field is optional.
Email - Email address of the person candidates can contact about this requisition. This field is optional.
Internal comments - These are internal only and are not displayed on the job listing. This field is optional.
External comments - These are displayed on the Job listing. This field is optional.
Show on portal? - Whether this requisition will display on the Jobs Portal. Yes should be entered 1, No as 0. If you select No this requisition will not appear on your recruitment portal. This field is mandatory.
Filled date - The date the requisition role was filled. This field is optional.
Active - Whether this requisition is Active (1) or Inactive (0) - This field is mandatory.
