HRWize New User Interface

HRWize is pleased to announce a new user interface which we believe will enhance your user experience. You can continue to use the current user interface until July 31st, 2022 after which time your HRWize environment will be automatically switched over to the new interface. If you wish to change to the new user interface before this date, you can do so by going to:

Administration > Company > Settings > Display settings > General settings

 At the bottom of the screen there is an option to select 

  • Off (currently off by default)
  • On (Ignore individual user settings) - all users will see the new user interface
  • Individual settings (Main admin and individual users can be enabled)

Please Note - If you select Individual settings (Main admin and individual users can be enabled) and then click on 'Submit' you can then choose which users you want to see and use the new user interface by going to:

People > Users

Then, select the users you want to use the new user interface. At the bottom of the screen, click on the "Bulk actions" option and select 'New' from the Interface option then click on 'OK'.

 The new user interface will be accessible the next time the user logs in to HRWize:

Please Note - You can revert back to your previous setting once you have selected it, only until July 31, 2022 can they toggle back and forth if required.
