Keeping track of expensive assets such as laptops and computers and their associated peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, docking stations as well as mobile phones, because increasingly more difficult as the scale of business operations increases. This can represent a huge cost to the business if employees leave without returning the assets that have been assigned to them. This part of the course deals with how to create and add the Asset Categories and Asset Types required before adding an Asset into the system.
