When creating a new password, there are certain factors that need to be taken into consideration so this will be accepted by the HRWize system. These include:
- Your password being difficult for others to guess. The password you choose should not be used on multiple sites.
- We recommend a mix of upper, lower, and numbers plus special characters if possible - do not use dictionary words or names and a longer password is better.
- The system will not let you use certain commonly used passwords and your password must be at least 8 characters long.
If these pre-requisites are not met, the system will not allow you to create the password.
We maintain a list of commonly used passwords that have been taken from sites that have been hacked previously. If you do attempt to use on of these commonly used password, the password will not be changed and you will be presented with an error shown below:
