Within HRWize, it is possible for employees to upload their own profile photos via their self-service portal.
To enable this, as a system administrator you will need to go to Administration > Company > Settings > Company Settings and ensure that the "Employee Change Profile Image" field is set to "Yes".
Once submitted, the employee will need to select their profile menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen and select "My Profile" - this will take them to the page to adjust their social profile.
Important Note - Social profiles are only included in the Wizest edition, if you are using either Wize or Wizer, the option in this menu may appear as "Change my profile image".
Once they have selected "My Profile", they will need to select the small Camera Icon to the top right-hand corner of the profile box to upload their photograph (Enterprise). If using the Starter or Professional edition, selecting "Employee Change Profile Image" will take you straight to the image up-loader.
Uploading an Image
You will then need to select "Choose image" to select the image which you would like to upload from your computer; you will need to search your PC for your chosen image using the "Browse" button to the right of the upload field.
Once the image file has been selected, click Submit.
At this point, the system will direct you through to the crop image page. You will see two versions of the same image alongside each other.
To crop the image, use your mouse to draw a box over the left-hand image - the version of the image on the right will depict the cropped version.
Once you are satisfied, select "Crop and upload" to save and upload the image to your employee profile.
Once completed, the image will be added to the employee profile.
