Within HRWize, it is possible to upload Custom Benefits in Bulk as an Administrator or HR User.Before the bulk custom benefits upload, the employee benefits would need to be set up first. To continue the bulk upload, go to Administration -> Company -> Bulk upload.
In the 'Other Data’ section, click on the 'Custom Benefits' icon.
Please refer to the Bulk Upload Guide you can download by clicking on the 'Download help file and instructions' link. Also, download the csv template by clicking on the 'Download CSV model' link.
Once downloaded the CSV file can be used as an example of the required format, and a basis on which to build your own CSV file. The order of the columns and the column headings in Row 1 should remain as-is when building your file.
Within the CSV template, you will be asked for 7 pieces of information:
Once CSV file has been completed and is ready to be uploaded go to: Administration > Company > Bulk upload
Make sure to select the relevant options within ‘Employee field’ that matches the field completed in CSV file.
You will add your CSV by clicking on "Browse". Once you have selected your file, click on submit to complete upload.
