Allow Adhoc Applications

Allowing Adhoc Applications allows you to submit a basic application for no specific role. This application goes into the Candidates screen, but it is viewed with no specific role in the role drop-down. The role drop-down can be updated afterwards in order to reflect a role the candidate’s application is being considered for.

  1. To allow Adhoc Applications, click on Administration > Company > Settings > Recruitment Settings.
  2. Go to the Online application section and click on 'Yes' for "Allow adhoc applications":
  3. You can add a text that will display at the top of the page where candidates can register their details under the Application - page text section.
  4. Once activated, candidates can submit their application through "Register your details". 
  5. Once a candidate applied through "Register your details", go to Recruitment > Candidates.
  6. Once at the Candidates section, you will see a list of candidates who applied with no specific role in the "Post applied" column. You will see what they have entered as their Area of Interest, which in this case, is the department of this environment:
