There are strange characters in my download from HRWize

When you have special characters (ü, ê, ñ, etc.)  in the content you are downloading, it can sometimes come out with strange characters instead (Like this: �). In order to fix this, you can follow the steps below:

When you open the file in Excel, you will need to import it if the encoding didn't work.

1. Open a new Excel Sheet;
2. Go to 'Data' in your toolbar and select 'From Text/CSV'; 
3. Choose the file that you want to import (in this case, your CSV Download from HRWize), click on 'Import';
4. In the Dialog box, you will see three drop down menus:
   • File Orgin: Select 'Unicode UTF-8'
   • Delimiter: Select 'Comma'
   • Data Type Detection: Select 'Do not detect data types'.
5. Click on 'Load' on the bottom right.
