I have not received my activation email

If you have signed up and not received your activation email, please ensure you have waited a reasonable time for the email to come through. There can be delays with email on our system, your ISP and the internet in general.

If the email still has not come through after a reasonable time, check your junk mail folders.

The system sends the emails the moment you signup so any delays are down to delays on "your" side so please do not contact us until at least 2 hours have passed and you have still not received your email as there is nothing that we can do if your ISP or email provider delays delivery of the email(s).
