Moving Multiple Documents to a New Category

Within HRWize, it is possible to store both Employee and Company documents within categories (or "folders") to enable better document management. It is possible to use a bulk action to select multiple documents within one category and move all of the selected documents to a new category.

To move documents, navigate either to the Company Document Category or Employee Document Category containing the documents you wish to move.

Select the checkbox in the actions column alongside each document you wish to move:

Once all of your documents have been selected, click on the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown list at the bottom-right of the page, and choose which category you would like to move the documents to:

 If '"No category" is chosen from this list, the files will be moved into the "root" documents category in either the Company Documents or Employee Documents.
