When I download a backup some of the data is garbage/junk characters

There are some key pieces of information in HRWize which are encrypted within the actual database itself such as date of birth, national insurance number, financial details, driving license details and so on for extra security.

When you download the CSV backup files, these fields are dumped in the format that they are found in the database and are not decrypted for security reasons.
